Fuelblooded -
Inflict the inevitable |
These Dutch guys know how to rock hard. Fuelblooded combines Nevermore's style of power-thrash with Mercenary's brand of melodic death metal to create a new and brutal monster for the metal community to fear. The riffing is very, very heavy and thrashy, but always retains a sense of melody. The guitar work is just awesome on this album. The leads and solos are technical, melodic and memorable. The vocals are a mix of sandpaper gruffs, death metal growls and clean singing. It really fits well with the music. This album kicks your ass from the first note until the last. There is no slowing down and there is no filler. This album was a very pleasant suprise and will definitely please fans of thrash and melodic death metal. These guys really need to get some exposure. This could be one of the most refreshing/promising metal debuts I have ever heard. Great job guys! This is a band to watch.
